
About the Project
GreenlightGO is the brain child of multi-Emmy award winning producers, Colby Gaines and Michael Hirschorn. Looking to redefine film and television production methods, they set out to create the “Air BnB of film production”. They hit up Papertelevision to design the product vision, to architect the platform itself, and to build a business primed for future growth.

Designing and building a beautiful, intuitive marketing site was just the start. GreenlightGO relied on PTV to build an entire platform from the ground up, and we did exactly that.
From envisioning the product’s brand identity, to crafting the platforms overall architecture and user experience, we created a platform that was designed to scale, and a business strategy that put GreenlightGO at the forefront of the film production industry.
Our Goal:
Prototype, design, and build the “Air BnB” for the film and television industry, from branding, to launch, and beyond.
Prototyping:
GreenlightGO needed a self-sustaining platform that made it simple to list and locate film production studios. Before tackling the visual design, our team perfected the flow of the entire platform, conducting extensive UX research to craft the perfect user experience.
Designing with Purpose:
After prototyping the product, my team and I set forth to design a sophisticated brand built around a rock-solid platform. My ultimate goal however, was to build a sustainable business that was ready to quickly scale.

A couple years after the initial launch, our team later iterated on the design to embrace the massive success that GreenlightGO achieved right out of the gate, having booked countless productions from networks like Netflix, ESPN, and Apple TV.
